Manufacturing capabilities-includes in-house as well as out sourced facilities.

We are a manufacturing unit involved in both Fabrication and Machining. We have complete in house facility for fabrication in MS, SS and Aluminum and we are fabricating from small to very large, precision fabricated parts, including precision machining of these parts after fabrication. We are regular suppliers to the Machine Tool, Earth Moving and the Power Sectors and have developed capabilities in the Aviation Sector. We have been involved with HAL in the manufacture and installation of various Aero-Engine, Marine and Industrial Gas Turbines Test Beds and given hereunder are a few of the systems that we have manufactured and installed. In the area of Machining, we have a full-fledged Tool Room with conventional Machines. We are equipped with Unigraphics – Solid Edge 3D Version for CAD and Unigraphics NX Advanced Express – Version 6 for CAM. The software is capable of reading drawings in Catia, Pro-E, Solid Works, STEP etc.,

AERO-ENGINE TEST RIGS FOR COMPONENT LEVEL TESTS

We have also set up complete Test Rigs for Aero-Engines components testing, some of which are mentioned here. Few of these Test Rigs are including Design, FMEA, Manufacture, Integration, Testing and Commissioning.

OTHER TEST FACILITIES MANUFACTURED BY US:

Very Large Vacuum Chamber for High-Speed Balancing (8000 to 12000 RPM) of Turbine Rotors. Test Chamber size was 5.6 Meters in Dia. and over 9 Meters in Length, designed to generate a Vacuum of 1 millibar, for balancing of rotors weighing up to 30 Tons. Every weld was Helium leak tested. One end was a fixed door which was fabricated out of a plate 5 Meters in Length and 8 inch (200 mm) thick. Three plates of 8” (200 mm) thickness was welded together and finished. This door alone weighing over 28 Tons.
